Hi,
We dont have distributed system/operations,actually its all running on localhost, what I found
strange is that we have the following in configuration:

<property>
<name>hbase.master</name>
<value>localhost:10015</value>
<description>The host and port that the HBase master runs at. </description>
</property>

but no service is listening on port  10015 ? why?
