We haven't done this work yet --
http://www.apache.org/dev/publishing-maven-artifacts.html#publish-snapshot.
 We'll do it as part of RC3.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

P.S. I thought a successful hudson build would publish a auto-snapshot
but I can't seem to find it anywhere.  I must have been dreaming.
