{{spark.yarn.am.waitTime}} is not the time Spark waits for the master to launch. It's the
time the Spark AM waits for the SparkContext to be created after the AM has been launched.

That being said, it's ok for the Hive timeout to be larger. 90s already seems like a really
long time to wait, so I doubt the extra 30s will help, but it won't hurt.
