  mq.getPulledUpPredicates(input); is a recursive call and can potentially traverse whole
tree from below. Wonder if its possible to avoid this call altogether or atleast reduce the
scope when its called? Currently it will be called if Gby has no grouping set and grouping
columns are not referenced, can we make that condition even more tighter?
