Not exactly. I will explain more plainly.
Assume, I have virtual domains,,,, etc.
on a ip, ok?

They can all access their sites as,, ....,, ok?

Now webmaster of comes and says in addition to accessing his
site like he also wants to access it with,

How do I do that? Is it possible? Also, I have to keep it flexible in case if
webmaster of also gives similar request for using, 

Can you please tell me what to do in such case?
