That's not in the path.

If your shell is tcsh or csh type this:

setenv PATH {$PATH}:/usr/ccb

If you are using bash, I know this is not the prettiest way,
but do this:

export PATH="$PATH:/usr/ccb"

then you can just issue the make command without specifying its
location in your file system.
