If memory serves me correctly, Win 95/98/ME don't support flock()... Believe that is an OS
thing and not a Perl specific thing.

About all I can tell you on that though...

Hmmm, where would I find a newer version of mod_perl/1.99_08-dev Perl/v5.8.0? The mod_perl/1.99_08-dev
is the newest one that I know of, and I have ActivePerl-5.8.0.805-MSWin32-x86, and ran a config
Bundle::Everything from CPAN, and nmake to make the build, and installed the updated moduels
and aditional moduals using ppm.
Do you know where I could get betmod_perl/1.99_08-devmod_perl/1.99_08-devter? or perhaps,
maybe you might know where I did not configure something right. The ASP did not work from
the bare Apache 2.0.43 setup, so I installed every Perl modual I could find for ASP trying
to get it to work, Any sugestions as why "flock() is unimplemented on
> this platform", ? How does one impliment, it since it says it was unimplemented?
Thanks
Joseph
