Change  ServerName and Allow from directive to suit your needs.

<VirtualHost *>
    ServerName domain.com
    ServerAlias www.domain.com
        <Location /dir>
             Order deny,allow
             Deny from all
             Allow from 192.168.10.1
      </Location>
</VirtualHost>
