Subject [users@httpd] i want *.zonekiller to my VitualHost
Date Thu, 15 May 2003 12:23:18 GMT
I have a couple of web sites on my web server running Apache 1.3.27

One of the sites I host are pretty new named
The only way to reach the page is to write
If you write in the browser you'll get another page the
server are hosting
I have seen an configuration using a line called ServerAlias in the host
I tried to implement the ServerAlias in my host section like this

DocimentRoot /www/
ServerAlias *

But this did not work the server always redirect me to the VirtualHost
section that look like this

Redirect permanent /
ProxyPass /exchange http://ip-address-off-server/exchange

What I want is to be able to make a * alias for at web site in a single
VirtualHost section instead of making a VirtualHost section for and one for

Is it possible in apache to do this, and what do I need to do to get it to
work, please help me if some one can.
Best regards,
Jan Madsen
