I revisited IIS and took another look. The cgi.query_string value as it
appears to ColdFusion on /go/index.cfm, having been redirected from the
request for /go/casestudies, is
"404;http://www.fairbanks.co.uk/go/casestudies"
Whereas displaying the contents of cgi.request_uri on /go/index.cfm
displays
"/go/index.cfm"
I'll just have to determine the web server that's running and use the
corresponding variable accordingly.
