for both and

What if I change DefaultType from text/plain to text/html? It still 
doesn't work. Same results. Are there any other negative effects of 
this configuration change?

I figured as much, but what if I only serve html. That is only one 
mime type, right? Do I hit problems with my first <img> tag?
