Subject [users@httpd] Cgi problem

Can anyone help me please, I finally got my server running after much hair
pulling, now I am trying to install a shopping cart program, that relies on
perl I have Perl installed, but it is almost like the cgi directory is not
active somehow.

The server reports the following error when you try to use one of the
scripts is a browser

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that
may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
