Try reading the docs for the answers.  It's really in there.  Look in the
php-4.3.x directory for the INSTALL file.

You'll likely need things which look like this in your httpd.conf.  If you
don't know where to put them, read the INSTALL file.

Static Module:
AddModule modules/php4/libphp4.a
Module php4_module mod_php4.o

Dynamic Module:
LoadModule php4_module libexec/libphp4.so
AddModule mod_php4.c

Either way:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

Try hitting a test.php file with this in it:
<?php

phpinfo();

?>
