Subject Re: [users@httpd] Apache child process consuming massive RAM

Hi,

i have same strange problem, posted that days ago. I had like 3-4 days to
investigate the problem, and i think its from php4 module. I use php script
that generates very large file, like 800+MB and apache chield processes just
hangs of lack of memory after 30-40 mins. I tryed to slowdown php script
like this: flush(); usleep(100000); I saw in php manual that this must
efective flush php and apache buffers to client but its doesnt do actualy
and apache just buffers all output from php script. I tryed to found where
this is in php source but didnt have luck to do. I hope Apache Team and PHP
team can take immediate actions to investigate and resolve this problem.
That i can just tell to everyone that have this problem. Same problem have
apache 2.0.49, 2.0.48, 2.0.47. didnt have tested yeat on older versions.
