Subject [users@httpd] apache crash

hi all,

I am facing a strange problem with the apache 1.3.33 webserver. It seems to 
be crashing once in a while.
i checked out the logs and couldn't find the exact reason. Any way I can 
trace the possible reasons for the crash.
