Seven letters, beginning with "u"?

If you're stuck on 2.0, you can probably obtain the same effect by judicious use of Allow,
Deny, Satisfy along with basic or digest authentication (the key directive is probably Satisfy:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/core.html#satisfy).
