Yes.  When I uncomment the first <VirtualHost> entry below, the infinite loop happens
on the second <VirtualHost> entry but then
again, that's the only domain we tested.

#First virtual host entry
#<VirtualHost *:80>
#	RewriteEngine On
#	RewriteRule 	.*{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
#	ErrorLog 	/var/log/httpd/error_log
#	CustomLog	/var/log/httpd/access_log combined

<VirtualHost *:80>
   DocumentRoot   /home/.../www
