lines like
RewriteRule  ^/?wiki/view/(.+)$  /wiki/index.php?page=$1  [L]

have been ammended to

RewriteRule  ^/?wiki/view/(.+)$ 
/srv/website/eveshamtc.org.uk/wiki/index.php?page=$1  [L]

'A web-path to a resource' is not using the DocumentRoot setting
