Don't call setQueryTimeout if no value was configured
-----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: IBATIS-335
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IBATIS-335
             Project: iBatis for Java
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.2.0
         Environment: All
            Reporter: Jeff Butler
         Assigned To: Jeff Butler

We call setQueryTimeout(0) if no value is configured, but this causes a runtime error if the
driver doesn't support this setting.
