I think we should go with the .NET config contract, but Avantika can better comment on the
discrepancies and rational.

Hi, we're working on the implementation of Config Service in the Metro
version of Stocktrader, should we use the wsdl in .NET version or PHP

currently, we're using the wsdl exposed from .NET Config Service as the
contract, which we suggest.
