[~anchela] could you take a look at the branch [0]?
I kept the builder idea from before but this time focused only on getting all modules updated
to work against the SecurityProvider api, while containing the deprecated class to oak-core
only. we have the freedom to change the builder later, once we decide to drop the deprecated
class. I'll followup with the remaining bits of the old approach on a different issue.
