Corrupted instruction list created on valid class file

Summary: Corrupted instruction list created on valid class file
           Product: BCEL
           Version: 5.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: bcel-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: pierre.cregut@francetelecom.com

The list created from a classfile can be suddenly meaningless:

bcel fails to create a valid instruction list if one of the instruction
is an LDC_W with a short (<256) index. In that case the following
instruction is taken at an address with an offset error of -1 byte.
