Final comment: a compiler should not create on its own a LDC_W instruction
if an LDC was enough but the code that triggered the bug was obfuscated to
compress it. Then an offset that was "long" becomes "short". Obfuscators prefer
not to change the rest of the code so they let the initial LDC_W instruction.
