Hi Charles,

OK, datasources are very fine things, but ...

I think we need different UsersXXXrepository (XXX=MySQL, M$SQLServer)
because this different DBS habe different SQL dialects:

e.g.:

MySQL:

CREATE TABLE users (
    id INT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
    firstname VARCHAR(60) NOT NULL,
    lastname VARCHAR(60) NOT NULL,
    PRIMARY KEY (id)
);

M$SQLServer:

CREATE TABLE users (
id INT IDENTITY (1,1) NOT NULL ,
	firstname VARCHAR(60) NOT NULL ,
	lastname VARCHAR(60) NOT NULL ,
) ON PRIMARY

so, if James should create tables, we need to save the above SQL
statements somewhere ... another idea is to save the above SQL
statements into configuration file or another idea is to assume the
tables are not created by James.

I think we need ID's because of the 1:n relationship Users <-> Mails
