Sorry, I'm in the States so I just got into the office a while ago.  I was
going to respond on user as well.

I think the best way to handle this is to define a special final static
MailAddress that signifies this "empty" email address, and if the MAIL FROM:
<> command is sent, add this as the recipient.  Then various mailets and the
spool engine need to be smart about recognizing this email address and
acting appropriately.

I'm hoping to have the 1.3 release this month, and I'd really like to get
this addressed as well as these notifications would be useful to handle.
