Hope this is grist to your mill Charles ..

I've been using latest CVS, I updated all on Sunday, with Mysql for
DefaultUsers, ListUsers, SPOOL and MAIL.

I've found one bug while testing and hacking the bounce email
formats; It sometimes goes into a loop saying that it can't cretate a
connection.
I sent a snip from the log to the list, appended again at the bottom.
I think it has to do with bounced (notify sender or notify recipient,
not o.a.james.james.bounce()) mails looping into the spool or error
repository, and the number of connections needed growing out of
control, but I'm not sure .. not at all.

and I've altered my build.xml which was mildly confused ..
.. mysql-2.0.4.jar is put in the wrong place by build, and
sqlResources isn't added to distro by build, I've appended a diff
which, when combined with the changes outlined below:

The lines in jakarta-james\src\conf\james-config.xml which read
	"<sqlFile>/dist/conf/sqlResources.xml</sqlFile>"
	are changed to ..
	"<sqlFile>../conf/sqlResources.xml</sqlFile>"

will result in db connections being made (using MySQL) without
additional alterations to the distro or config when the distro is
deployed away from the build environment.
I'm actually using build under windows to deploy onto a mapped drive
on a linux box, these changes make it work "out of the box"
