this appears, in testing, to stem from the spaces in the local-part.
MAIL 
FROM:<"/G=UNISO01209/S=UNISOURCETEST2/OU=UBN/ADMD=400NET/C=NL/"@x400gw.kpnrelay.
nl> is accepted but
MAIL FROM:<"/G=UNISO01209/S=UNISOURCE TEST 
2/OU=UBN/ADMD=400NET/C=NL/"@x400gw.kpnrelay.nl>
fails
