I think you might be able to play with permissions in environment.xml

    <policy>
      <grant code-base="file:${app.home}${/}blocks${/}*">
        <permission class="java.security.AllPermission" />
      </grant>

      <grant code-base="file:${app.home}${/}lib${/}*">
        <permission class="java.security.AllPermission" />
      </grant>
    </policy>
