As pointed out by Danny Angus, this is not a bug in James. It is a
configuration error.

The static option has implications that aren't always obvious. In this case,
by using static settings AND using the "sender" magic value for sender, the
very first sender will be used, not the sender of the message.

I have tested the configuration with static=true and static=false, and I can
verify both the presence of the "problem", and the "fix" by changing the
configuration. Changing their setup to static=false should resolve their
problems:

  <static>FALSE</static>

I am leaving this open, but changing it to an enhancement request. We should
probably consider static = true and sender = "sender" to be a configuration
error, and log it. Similar for other improper settings with static = true.
