Mailet container should not trap exceptions in init()

Summary: Mailet container should not trap exceptions in init()
           Product: James
           Version: 1.2.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Mailet API
        AssignedTo: james-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: benengber@yahoo.com

If a custom mailet throws a RuntimeException in init(), the container traps it and rethrows

a MessagingException, giving little indication of what occurred. The container really
ought to provide the stack trace of the failure.
