Here is one scenerio:
- There are could be more than on local IP address.
- Destination SMTP Server could Reverse DNS Lookup on IP Address to verify
HELO came for the right domain.

If the right local IP Address is not picked by the sending side, destination
can reject HELO.

HTTP Clients do not to deal with this HELO/EHLO state machine.
