mailetContext.isLocalServer(recipient.getHost()) checks if the recipient is a local user -
it could exist or not: it would return true for "abc@tno.it" in your server;

mailetContext.isLocalUser(recipient.getUser()) checks if the local recipient exists: it would
return false for "abc@tno.it" and true for "m.marangio@tno.it" in your server.
