Noel (as it is more than likely that you will be applying this patch),

I will be enhancing the functionality described in this patch for
determining the remote host address and host name in the next 5 days or so
to add the configurable option to select the 'n'th received header for
atypical situations where the penultimate header is non-optimal.

If you have nothing else to add to a the v2.2.0 build, you may like to wait
rather than run a new build for the submitted patch. Conversely, if you are
doing a build, you probably want to add the submitted patch as it allows
InSpammerBlackList to function in the vast majority of cases.

Your call. I just don't want to load you with more builds than are necessary
and give you the option of a free weekend if possible.
