I applied the patch but I consider this issue not resolved because the same behaviour should
be applied to EHLO too.
Most mail agents use EHLO instead of HELO so it makes no sense to check host validity for
HELO and not for EHLO.

EhloCmdHandler and HeloCmdHandler should be refactored to reuse the common code (configuration,
host validity check).
