Subject [jira] Commented: (JAMES-841) "file://conf/mailboxManagerSqlResources.xml" is hardcoded in TorqueMailboxManagerFactory
Date Sun, 15 Jun 2008 16:14:45 GMT

David Jencks commented on JAMES-841:

I'm not sure what you are saying. I'm not implying that my patch is a complete solution to
all problems but I find it necessary to be able to relocate the james config files.

My "hack" comment is based on this from line ~304 of James:

//Temporary get out to allow complex mailet config files to stop blocking sergei sozonoff's
work on bouce processing

With the changes in this patch and those in JAMES-842.patch I'm able to relocate the config
files to a non-classpath file system location which is my goal.

I'd expect that the string "sqlResources.xml" could be retrieved from the config files without
a lot of trouble but I don't need to rename the file of that name, just relocate it. It looks
to me as if all these other components are not created in the default james-config.xml and
I'm a bit reluctant to propose changes that I really can't test at all.
