phoenix.sh/run.bat mention both PHOENIX_OPTS and PHOENIX_JVM_OPTS, only one works
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JAMES-894
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-894
             Project: JAMES Server
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: James Core
    Affects Versions: 2.3.1
            Reporter: Willis Blackburn

The two files phoenix.sh and run.bat mention PHOENIX_OPTS and PHOENIX_JVM_OPTS with identical
descriptions. Only the second, PHOENIX_JVM_OPTS, does anything. The first is ignored. I
found email messages about this from 2004. Are the writers of those messages and I missing
something? I think the PHOENIX_OPTS should be removed from the file if the application doesn't
pay any attention to it.
