[patch] demo mode

                 Key: HUPA-31
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUPA-31
             Project: JAMES Hupa
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: server
            Reporter: Manuel Carrasco
            Assignee: Norman Maurer
         Attachments: patch_enable_demo_mode.diff

Just a simple patch which enables a simple demo mode in hupa.

When hupa's configuration file contains the value IMAPServerAddress=demo-mode the application
allows the user login with any user-name and password.

It is useful for playing with hupa, o developing in a laptop without access to an imap server.

It only works for the login action right now, but the idea is mock most actions (folders,
read emails, send emails).
It could facilitate to write client tests.
