Phanidhar commented on JAMES-1369:
----------------------------------

Domains are stored in Derby using JPA store.

User Names with JPA also had the same issue. When the configuration was changed to use file
store with configuration to ignore case set to false user names are case insensitive. Following
is the configuration.

<usersrepository name="LocalUsers" class="org.apache.james.user.jdbc.JamesUsersJdbcRepository"
destinationURL="db://maildb/users">
  <sqlFile>file://conf/sqlResources.xml</sqlFile>
  <ignoreCase>true</ignoreCase>
  <enableAliases>true</enableAliases>
  <enableForwarding>true</enableForwarding>
  <enableVirtualHosting>true</enableVirtualHosting>
</usersrepository>
