Subject [jira] [Created] (JAMES-2447) Calmly await pollDelay make us loose time
Date Tue, 03 Jul 2018 02:29:00 GMT
Tellier Benoit created JAMES-2447:

Summary: Calmly await pollDelay make us loose time
                 Key: JAMES-2447
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-2447
             Project: James Server
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: tests, JMAP, Mailet Contributions
            Reporter: Tellier Benoit
            Assignee: Antoine Duprat

To check asynchronous conditions in tests, we extensively rely on Calmly await.

However, the pollDelay (time before first check) is too high (500 ms) and causes us to wait
too much for (almost) synchronous calls (eg: JMAP auth tokens). Turning pollDelay to 1 ms,
and pollInterval to 100 ms makes us save some precious time (1 s per JMAP test)
