I talk with our legal system and we can remove this line by now.
I will remove it and commit.

Thanks for the link, @nacx<https://github.com/nacx>. In that case, would it make sense
to refer to the "jclouds vSphere api (vsphere module)" or something similar instead, so it's
clear which section of the code we're referring to? There's nothing in our code obviously
called the "VMWare vSphere API"
