I believe that the API is partially supported: https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds/blob/master/apis/openstack-nova/src/main/java/org/jclouds/openstack/nova/v2_0/extensions/SecurityGroupApi.java

What seems to be missing is the "List security groups by server" API, and the fact that the
os-security-groups extension also adds output to the /servers/detail API call which prints
the security group names for each server.
