JCLOUDS-929: Add delimiter support to Azure.

Plumb the delimiter option to the Azure blob store.

Specifically, the API allows for passing a character to the list request which would be used
as a delimiter for entries. Currently, jclouds defaults to using "/", but another character
such as "\" or "-" or "." is certainly possible. jclouds should support that API option.
