[~halvdanhg] This seems reasonable; can you investigate this further, in particular at the
provider API {{org.jclouds.s3.blobstore.S3BlobRequestSigner}}?  We usually add provider features
first then percolate the to the portable API.  Please send a pull request and I can help you
with any issues at irc.freenode.net #jclouds.
