Ignasi Barrera updated JCLOUDS-1275:
Summary: CLI is broken after upgrading Karaf to 4.0.8 (was: CLI build is broken)

> CLI is broken after upgrading Karaf to 4.0.8
> --------------------------------------------
> Key: JCLOUDS-1275
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCLOUDS-1275
> Project: jclouds
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: jclouds-cli
> Affects Versions: 2.0.1
> Reporter: Ignasi Barrera
> Priority: Blocker
> In the last [big refactor|https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds-karaf/commit/fa11dcfc1b6f250daf2ec983cf1d99f1a564667a]
to jclouds-karaf we upgraded the Karaf dependency to a newer version. The jclouds CLI was
not upgraded accordingly and the build is currently broken.
> At the moment there is no Karaf deprecation documentation or upgrade notes on how to
replace the classes used in the jclouds CLI that no longer exist in recent Karaf versions.
This is making it difficult for us to fix the CLI, and we'll probably need some help from
the Karaf community.
