Subject [jira] [Commented] (JCLOUDS-1367) Blob.getPayload.openStream() is inconsistent across implementations

Andrew Gaul commented on JCLOUDS-1367:
--------------------------------------

Real blobstores stream the blob payload from the server; if you want two {{InputStream}}
you need to call {{getBlob}} twice.  The testing blobstores return a ByteSource which allows
multiple streams; we should change this to follow real blobstores more closely.

> Blob.getPayload.openStream() returns a new InputStream object if the payload is a sub
type of InputStream but returns the same stream if the payload is of type InputStream.
> It would be desirable to have it return a new Stream object which can be read independently.
