I tested with a build from master and upload with stream it works nicely now :D thanks!!

But `jclouds.mpu.parts.size` seems to be ignored, I debugged until I got into `MultipartUploadSlicingAlgorithm.calculateChunkSize()`
and the value of `defaultPartSize` does not correlate with the one set.
