Hi,
Problem solved. I changed my code like this. Then it's working fine.

ContextBuilder builder =
                ContextBuilder.newBuilder(provider).endpoint("
http://10.100.4.127:8096").credentials(apiKey, secretKey);

        ComputeServiceContext context =
builder.buildView(ComputeServiceContext.class);
