   ## Motivation and Context
   
   JMS Publisher UI contains lot of misaligned fields and most important and used fields are
not visible on screen.
   
   A lot of improvements have been done recently following introduction of MigLayout.
   This enhancement continues work on JMS element.
   
   ## How Has This Been Tested?
   
   Tested manually by checking UI
