Hi again Romain,
please apologise for bugging, it is not really my intention :D

I just added a couple of commits in my fork just to show how to avoid "nested classes of nested
classes" generation, but producing separated files for each entity.

Just food for thought, even if you are not interested on merging my suggestions :)
