Steps for running/debugging tests inside of Eclipse do not work
---------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JUDDI-217
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JUDDI-217
             Project: jUDDI
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: core
    Affects Versions: 3.0alpha
            Reporter: Tom Cunningham
            Assignee: Kurt T Stam

The steps inside the dev guide, which spell out how to run/debug tests inside Eclipse do not
work. I've tried with a newly checked out v3trunk and 3 different Eclipses and 2 different
machines, and I'm seeing the following errors :

- the tests attempt to pick up persistence.xml in uddi-ws. You can get around this by
actually copying persistence.xml to uddi-ws.
- the tests then error out on a String index not found error parsing the persistence.xml.
Not sure of why this happens
